Isles breaks away from the normality of traditional English pubs, and instead focuses on prominent subcultures from the 20th century. The main designs are primarily based on New Wave Punk from the 1980s and give an eclectic feel from the past. Based in Baltimore, it gives flavors of traditional flavors of the British Isles, and the unique subcultures of the past. Isles brings the British Isles to the states in a new wave.
